Responsibilities
- Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Maintain office efficiency by ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning
- Answer phone calls and emails with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Support responsible lawyer and conveyancers in daily tasks
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in clerical or legal administrative role is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
This is an in person position. The successful candidate will need to either live in Sun Peaks or have a vehicle fit for driving in winter conditions.
