Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc. Open and distribute mail and other materials Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences Schedule and confirm appointments Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Compile data, statistics and other information Oversee the preparation of reports Order office supplies and maintain inventory Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions Order office supplies Maintain work records and logs Help with scheduling and workflow
