This role is essential in supporting daily school operations and maintaining smooth, efficient administrative processes.
What You'll Do
Reporting to the principal, your key responsibilities will include:
Liaise with Central Office, Alberta Learning, and public organizations
Administer and maintain student data systems
Provide general clerical, program, and administrative support
Perform other duties aligned with the role and assigned by school leadership
What You Bring
A diploma in Administrative Assistance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Publisher), Google Suite, and web content tools
Experience with PowerSchool, PASI, website management, and registration
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently
High energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic
TCIS and First Aid certification (considered an asset)
A combination of education and relevant experience may also be considered
Clear Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check
