Tasks

Plan and organize daily operations Establish and implement policies and procedures Determine and establish office procedures and routines Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Compile data, statistics and other information Order office supplies and maintain inventory Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents Perform data entry Provide customer service Perform basic bookkeeping tasks Receive payments from customers Prepare and submit reports Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met Arrange for billing for services
