We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Law Office of Virginia Workman. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting our legal staff, and providing excellent service to our clients. The role is part time.

Responsibilities



Manage administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations. assist in document preparation including preparing hyperlinked documents Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency. to open and close files and assist in archiving of files to assist in billing related tasks

Requirements



Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with Outlook, Excel and Word considered an asset
