We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in British Columbia. This role is vital to ensuring smooth operations within our motels and contributes significantly to our commitment to outstanding guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Manage filing systems and maintain organized records.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
Coordinate front desk activities and manage multi-line phone systems.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with data entry processes and filing systems.
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
Knowledge of Google Workspace is an asset.
