Description
Booth University College invites applications for a part-time Administrative Assistant, School of Social Work. Reporting to the Director of the School of Social Work, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for all School administrative tasks including, but not limited to: new student advising; Field Coordinator support for practicum placements, faculty liaisons and field supervisors; document and database creation and maintenance; internal and external correspondence; research and report writing; School Director meeting/appointment schedule; MCSW liaison for student registration and School correspondence; Academic Office liaison for BSW student and program matters pertaining to the Registrar and Dean. This is a half-time position that requires a high level of responsibility and autonomy, the ability to prioritize tasks and attend to urgent issues in a timely and professional manner.
This is a part - time, term position with 18.75 hours per week, and a possibility of extension.
