The Job:
As an Administrative Assistant you will be working in a busy, fast-paced environment. Your principal duties will be supporting the day-to-day operations of the company by processing vehicle appraisals, sales documentation, and redemptions. Additional office duties may be assigned to balance workloads.
Education:
Grade 12 (office administration course or equivalent education an asset)
Previous Experience:
No experience is required as this is an entry-level position. Experience is an asset but full training will be provided.
Duties
- Processing vehicle appraisals
- Communicating with clients
- Processing sales documents
- Processing vehicle redemptions
- Aiding in day-to-day office operations
Required Skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent numeracy and proofreading skills
- Organizational skills
- Customer service
- Basic working knowledge of vehicles, ATVs, trailers, etc
- Data entry and filing knowledge
- Experience with office computer programs such as Excel, Word and Outlook
- Commitment to and understanding of privacy
- Bondable
- Ability to switch tasks quickly and efficiently
