We are a growing general contracting firm based in Montreal, specializing in residential construction projects. Our team values professionalism, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. We're currently looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to support our Project Managers and help keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with day-to-day administrative tasks
Track and organize project documentation (contracts, permits, invoices, etc.)
Coordinate communication between office, site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare reports
Follow up on project deadlines, budgets, and material orders
Help manage change orders and project documentation workflows
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Answer phones, respond to emails, and perform general office duties
Skills
2+ years experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction or a similar industry Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with project management software is an asset Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
