We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Presentation Centre Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Presentation Centre in Richmond. This full-time role requires a friendly and outgoing individual with strong administrative skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Greet and register visitors at the Presentation Centre
Enter visitor/purchaser information into the database
Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Presentation Centre and display homes (both interior and exterior)
Serve coffee and tea to visitors when requested
Set up A-boards and balloon signage
Send daily traffic reports to the management team
Set up the Presentation Centre and perform end-of-day checks
Manage inventory of office supplies and essentials, ensuring timely replenishment and organization of back-office pantries and stationery
Handle Presentation Centre purchases and payments
Support day-to-day office operations
Coordinate with trades and courier
Assist sales representatives and the customer care team as needed
Assist with sales and marketing events
Requirements and Skills:
At least one year of experience in administrative or receptionist roles
Hospitality experience is preferred
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
Basic verbal proficiency in Cantonese is a plus
Pleasant and outgoing personality with strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Enjoyment of working in a team environment and eagerness to learn
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required for events
