About the role:

Administrative Assistant

, you'll play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly while gaining hands-on experience across a variety of administrative and legal support tasks.



You'll work closely with our Operations, Finance, Legal, IT and HR teams to create a professional client experience and support the efficiency of legal and support staff.



In this role, you will:


Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and direct incoming calls and clients Managing incoming/outgoing mail and courier deliveries Maintain a tidy and organized reception area Coordinate boardroom bookings and ensure rooms are prepared for meetings Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared coffee and lunch rooms Monitor and stock kitchen supply inventory Organize and maintain central services/supply room Conduct regular inventory checks and reorder supplies as needed Support lawyers and assistants with miscellaneous administrative tasks Assist with office projects and tasks as requested Provide backup support for other administrative functions as needed.



Experience and skills we are looking for:




1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, friendly, and client-focused approach Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy environment Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) Willingness to learn and take initiative Ability to occasionally life office supplies (up to 20 lbs)
