Full Time

We are currently seeking a qualified applicant to fill the position of Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the firm, including answering phone calls, carrying out administrative tasks, providing support as required. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, exceptional problem solving skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Job responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following:


Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments;
Greeting and helping visitors with questions and queries;
Scanning, filing documents and mailing correspondences;
Performing clerical and administrative tasks such as data entries;

Requirements:


Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese;
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task;
Proficiency in word processing (Microsoft Office) and Adobe Acrobat;
Attention to detail;
Excellent communication skill;
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
Knowledge of real estate conveyancing is a plus.

Education:


Legal Assistant Diploma / Certification or Bachelor's Degree
