Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:



General reception & office duties, including but not limited to, greeting customers, answering phones, customer inquiries, filing, scanning, emailing, photocopying, faxing, purchasing supplies, organizing events & staff functions Order supplies as required Service orientation Provide administrative support as required in Human Resources Department Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Handle multiple projects Prepare office announcements. Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level Any other duties deemed necessary by the Employer

Skills and Qualifications:



1-2 years of general office administration experience is an asset. Exceptional communication skills Ability to assist/help client problems with a high level of customer service Highly organized; Self Driven and Initiating Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to speak Chinese is an asset
