Administrative Assistant
to join our growing team in Richmond!
About the Role:
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll support both the
Franchise Division
and
Marketing Administrator
with a wide variety of tasks. From day-to-day coordination to assisting with social media efforts, this role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, a great communicator, and ready to take on a mix of responsibilities in a supportive team environment.
Retail experience is a plus, and a keen interest in digital communication and social media is welcome. You'll be interacting regularly with internal teams and external franchisees via phone and video, contributing to our shared success both short- and long-term.
This is an
onsite position, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and provide initial information to franchisee inquiries
Draft correspondence in response to emails regarding STOR-X products and services
Assist in organizing Franchisee meetings and preparing quarterly update materials
Provide administrative support in training, accounting, and daily operations
Follow up on outstanding documentation related to accounting, marketing, and more
Maintain and update internal databases and trackers
Prepare documents related to franchise fund transfers
Support franchise operations procedures and processes
Manage check requests, invoice reconciliations, and ledger submissions
Compile reports and statistics for Senior Management
Assist in the planning and coordination of company events
What You Bring:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative support role
Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration is an asset
Experience in retail is an advantage
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent written and verbal English
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with social media platforms, or a willingness to learn
Comfortable conducting phone and video calls
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize independently
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Legally entitled to work in Canada
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate:
$22.00 - $26.00 (commensurate with experience)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (onsite)
