As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in managing daily operations for our construction and property management companies. Your responsibilities will include handling communications, scheduling, social media updates, basic bookkeeping, and administrative tasks. This is a flexible, part-time position ideal for someone who is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently.
For the Shed Company:
Answer incoming phone calls for new bookings
Schedule new bookings using our scheduling software
Update and maintain social media accounts
Respond to emails in a timely manner
Assist with website edits as needed
Order materials for projects
Handle payroll and light bookkeeping
Reconcile credit card statements
For the Property Management Company:
Respond to new email inquiries
Assist with lease administration and paperwork
Record rent payments as they come in
Contact maintenance personnel when needed
Update social media accounts
Perform light bookkeeping tasks
