We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and proficiency in various software applications. This role is essential for maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring a positive experience for clients and staff alike.

Duties



Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and tracking payments using QuickBooks Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution Provide customer support by addressing client questions and concerns promptly Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve workflow Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies

Qualifications



Previous administrative experience is required; experience in a medical or dental office is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Effective typing skills with a focus on accuracy Demonstrated ability to handle customer service inquiries professionally Experience with filing systems and clerical duties Knowledge of bookkeeping principles is a plus Strong phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
