Perform receptionist duties including greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, and delivering excellent customer service to our clients
Receive and sort incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
Review and approve office supply acquisitions, manage office and janitorial supplies inventory, place orders and maintenance calls as necessary
Identify opportunities and assist with designing and implementing office management policy and process improvements
Other duties may be assigned as required.*
