As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming experience while keeping our front office running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations to ensure a welcoming, professional atmosphere
Schedule and confirm appointments; manage cancellations and rescheduling as needed
Maintain accurate patient records using our electronic, paperless dental records system
Process patient intake forms and verify insurance information
Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries or directing calls to the appropriate team member
Assist with billing and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborate closely with the clinical team to support efficient patient flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas
Experience & Qualifications
Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist / Dental Administrator is preferred
Familiarity with dental terminology and administrative procedures in a healthcare setting
Proficiency with electronic dental records systems is highly desirable
Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with phone systems and front desk operations in a healthcare environment is an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
