Job Description

Full-time Monday to Friday with the potential for extra hours during tax season, and the potential for extra hours at other times during the year.

Currently, our team is seeking a reliable, detailed oriented full-time Administrative Assistant who works well in a fast paced, high demanding team environment.

The ideal candidate must possess the following traits:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Office including proficiency in Excel and Word Excellent Keyboarding skills Excellent Note taking skills Experience maintaining a central database Experience with an electronic filing system
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Working with various programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Profile and iFirm for: Organizing and Scheduling client appointments Tracking client deadlines and ensuring timely filing Preparation of client year end packages Invoicing Preparing and distributing management reports Filing and scanning Filing tax documents with Canada Revenue Agency Providing support to Senior Management and team members as required Answering telephones and directing client calls as necessary on a relief basis for reception Basic administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying and faxing
