Job Description

We are seeking an administrative assistant to support the engineering department management team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the product development teams, actively contributing to the growth of the organization.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Provide administrative support for organizing and documenting events, meetings, and schedules for R&D teams, department heads, and the director;
• Coordinate business trips and manage expense accounts;
• Prepare for the arrival of new employees (access requests, computer equipment, integration into the corporate culture);
• Participate in meetings with other administrative assistants to share best practices;
• Support budget management: planning, quarterly forecasts, monitoring of certain budget items and accounting entries;
• Prepare and process various requests (purchases, IT, etc.).

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• Diploma in administration, secretarial work, or a related field;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google suites;
• Excellent command of spoken and written French, ability to communicate in English, particularly in writing, with colleagues outside Quebec or who are unilingual English speakers.
• Organizational skills, autonomy, rigor, and ability to manage priorities.
• Team spirit, resourcefulness, and ability to work under pressure.
• Discretion and professionalism.
