Your Impact:?As the Public Safety -?Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our organization. You play a key role in creating a professional, welcoming experience for customers, vendors, and employees. You will manage the front desk, control access to our secure facility, and handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the office. You bring strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset. You are comfortable balancing front-facing responsibilities with behind-the-scenes coordination, thriving in a responsive and collaborative environment. This is an on-site position that will require no travel.

Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors
Manage incoming calls by answering, screening, and routing inquiries accurately and efficiently
Provide clear, timely information to visitors and callers regarding company operations, contacts, and processes.
Maintain office security protocols by monitoring access through the reception area
Ensure reception, conference rooms, and shared spaces are organized, functional, and presentable at all times
Support internal scheduling and coordination needs, including meetings and shared spaces
Assist with internal events, meetings, and ad hoc coordination as required
Ensure timely and accurate information exchange through cross-functional communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
What?You'll?Bring:
Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent years of experience
2+ years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, or inside sales-adjacent role
Training or hands-on experience in inside CRM-supported workflows, inside sales practices
Strong understanding of prioritization in a fast-paced office environment with a customer- and sales-oriented mindset
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Technical and Mechanical aptitude sufficient to support MS Office, ERP Suite (SAP B1)
Proven ability to hit and exceed measurable goals
Must be able to pass Federal Enhances Security Check

$18-25/hr 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
