Who you are

You\xe2\x80\x99re an experienced administrative professional, passionate about providing support and looking to work alongside, and learn from, the best in Property Tax. You are proactive and anticipate opportunities for action. You enjoy following a project from start to finish and can effectively handle stressful situations. You take pride in your work and bring a positive attitude when supporting those around you in achieving the overall business goals.

As an Administrative Assistant, Property Tax Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team and assisting with various tasks related to the property tax services we provide to our clients. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be a main player within our office and collaborate with other departments to get the information you need to support your team. You will provide ad-hoc administrative support and vacation coverage to the greater Valuations & Advisory Services | Canada administrative team where required.

What you bring

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • An eagerness to learn all aspects of Property Tax.
  • Similar experience in a business, office and/or sales environment will be considered.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • An appreciation for working in a fast-paced, team-first, environment.
Bonus skills and experience
  • Experience supporting a Property Tax Services and/or Valuations & Advisory Services team within Real Estate or Commercial Real Estate would be an asset.
  • Completed Administrative Assistant Certificate or Diploma preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Standout colleague with effective problem-solving skills.
