Assistant Property Manager - Halton Region

Job Duties & Responsibilities



Provide professional first point of contact for clients, in person, on the phone and through email communication. Receive and direct incoming telephone calls in a courteous, professional and timely manner. Perform administrative tasks such as, drafting correspondence, filing, photocopying, faxing, distributing documents, organizing, etc. Maintain filing system and electronic documentation. Provide administrative support to various departments when required. Distribute inbound and outbound mail/courier/faxes, including arranging for courier pick-up, going to the post office, going to the bank etc. Various other administrative duties as required Cover on site hours at various Condominiums when required by property managers. Ensure that the office is safe, clean, and presentable. Respond to resident questions, concerns, emergencies, and complaints in a timely manner. Build positive tenant relations and communications. Assist the Property Manager with performing administrative tasks such as data entry, logging, etc.

Qualifications



Customer Service skills Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team. Strong follow up skills and able to deal with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.

Salary Information



Salary is dependent on experience. Previous experience is required, but we are open to individuals with previous transferable skills and are willing to learn. We also offer an education reimbursement program to offer advancements in the company to becoming a fully licensed condominium property manager.
