We are a growing commercial and modular plumbing and heating company looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. As a locally owned and operated full-service mechanical company based in Prince George, BC, we specialize in the commercial, industrial, modular, and remote workforce camp sectors. We proudly serve all of Northern BC, the Cariboo Regional District, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Haida Gwaii.
Responsibilities (included but not limited to)
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
Comfortable learning CRM software
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or construction industries is an asset but not required
Work Environment
Hybrid role: combination of in-office and remote work
Part-time (15-20 hours per week to start)
Compensation
Unionized role including full benefits, pension, and continued education support
$20-$22/hour based on experience
Opportunity for this part-time position to grow into a full-time position
