Remedy Electric is a growing Electrical contractor based in Prince George. Founded in 2022 we proudly service Northern BC from our Prince George office. We are searching for a confident individual to assist with administrative duties from our Prince George office. The job is for a full-time. As the office administrative assistant, you will be responsible for:
Manage the front desk/reception operations, acting as the first point of contact for customers, employees, and vendors
Perform general administrative tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, email correspondence, filing, meeting minutes, data entry, mailings, and deliveries
Dispatching and tracking of staff and job status
Accounts Payable entry and payment. Experience with Quickbooks an asset
Some Accounts Receivable and small parts ordering
Oversee and order office supplies, anticipating requirements, and making sure equipment is in working order
Maintain filing system, contact database
Provide ad-hoc support to office and other staff members and departments as needed, including organizing team events onsite and offsite
Management of shipping and receiving
Inventory management
Other duties as required
