The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized
Administrative Assistant / Clerk
whose primary focus will be supporting the
Director
in creating and implementing processes company-wide. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment, enjoys solving problems, and wants to help build the best systems that will support a company scaling to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Director in documenting, refining, and rolling out new company processes.
Support the creation of standardized templates, forms, and workflows.
Maintain organized company records, files, and SharePoint systems.
Assist with scheduling, travel coordination, and general administrative tasks as needed.
Collect input from various team members and translate into clear, actionable procedures.
Provide follow-up and accountability support to ensure processes are being implemented.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
Proven ability to take direction and turn ideas into actionable, written processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite (Excel, Word, Teams/SharePoint preferred).
Previous administrative or clerical experience (1-3 years) preferred.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage competing deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
