We're seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join our team in Port Alberni.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

Develop and maintain a well-organized filing system for quick and efficient information retrieval. Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and team, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation. Create templates and standardized documents to support operational consistency. Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Enter data accurately into multiple systems and spreadsheets, maintaining precision under tight deadlines. Respond to internal inquiries and requests with professionalism and a positive attitude. Support special projects and adapt to shifting priorities as needed. Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and organizational standards. Perform other related duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

2-3 years of administrative experience. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and recordkeeping. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well in a team environment. Experience in aviation or manufacturing (an asset).
