We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations at BK Tax and Accounting Services Inc. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and has strong skills in payroll and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records
Manage client correspondence, scheduling, and document filing
Prepare reports, invoices, and internal communications
Assist accountants with administrative tasks and client onboarding
Ensure office operations run smoothly
Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience (accounting/finance office preferred)
Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Familiarity with VisualTax and TaxCycle considered an asset
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
