Job Summary



Our client, is a trusted construction company in the Mississauga area and is well known in the Concrete industry. We are delighted to assist our client with the recruitment activities for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities



Invoice data entry using MS Dynamics.

Support financial record-keeping (invoices, receipts, etc).

Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper.

Prepare internal documents, reports, and correspondence.

Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and confidentiality standards.

Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to adapt to new software (i.e. MS Dynamics).

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Qualifications



Post-secondary education in Business Administration preferred (can be current)

Some Administrative or office support experience would be considered an asset.

Familiarity with bookkeeping support considered an asset.

Role requires discretion, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Requires prolonged periods of computer use.

May involve lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally.
