CNSC employees can work some mix between in-office and from a telework location. Physical onsite presence in Point Lepreau, New Brunswick will likely be required 1 to 2 days per week.

What you\'ll do:

  • Provide administrative support to the team by drafting correspondence, filing, maintaining, and retrieving information,
  • Managing and monitoring budget expenditures
  • Support the site office team in: Managing calendars, ensuring meeting logistics are in place, arranging travel, taking minutes, distributing information throughout the process, answering process questions, preparing summary reports.
  • Answer questions and provide guidance on administrative or procedural inquires
Essential Qualifications:

Education:
Minimum High School Diploma

Language Requirements:
English Essential

Experience:
  • Managing calendars, preparing meeting materials, and scheduling meetings
  • Handling correspondence administration, including drafting correspondence, document management, proofreading and editing meeting materials and reports
  • Tracking and monitoring spending of a business unit
  • Providing administrative support services to a multi-disciplinary team and/or program
  • Answering administrative and/or procedural inquiries
Knowledge of:
  • Office administrative processes, document management, tracking spending.
  • Reviewing, editing, and revising a wide variety of materials.
Ability to:
  • Communicate effectively orally and in writing,
  • Proficiently use production software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, PDF tools, etc.).
