Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Downtown Montreal
Salary: From $75K to $80K per year depending on experience
Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days in office and 2 days at home

One of the best teams in corporate banking, with an amazing team spirit and located in Old Montreal is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Job benefits:
- Permanent role (salary $75K to $80K base salary + 5-7% bonus)
- Hybrid work set up - 3 days in office, 2 days from home (offices in Old Montreal)

- Paid overtime after 37.5 hours (so you can make extra cash!)
- Total vacation allowance is 4 weeks and is prorated which means you start accumulating it right away.
- There is no number of personal days as such, i.e. no set limit so you can take care of your family and your health when you need it
- RSP - company matches a percentage of contributions, up to a maximum of $2,250 per year.
- Pension plan to plan for your early retirement
Responsibilities:
- Deal with moderately complex issues and manage conflicting priorities; including but not limited to calendar management and travel planning
- Work closely with a team of experienced Administrative Assistants and provide coverage for each other
- Support 3-6 professionals directly but will receive ad hoc requests for help and guidance by the largest team of about 15 people
- Work closely with Co-Heads and different teams to plan several events and conferences over the year
- Handle calendar management, expenses and billing - internal system
- Handle national and international travel arrangements
Qualifications:
- 2 to 7 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant - a must
- Quick learner, responsive and proactive
- Energetic, highly polished and professional
- Bilingualism both written and spoken to communicate with Toronto colleagues
- Good proficiency (80 % or more) with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills and customer service approach
- Eagerness to help and no task is too small or too big
