Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various office software. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the front desk and office environment. Experience with medical or dental offices, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace is a plus. Responsibilities



Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software Schedule appointments, organize files, and handle filing systems efficiently Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and assisting clients or patients as needed Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and perform basic bookkeeping duties Support office operations through administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, organizing meetings, and managing correspondence Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote productivity Support medical or dental office functions when applicable, including patient check-in/check-out processes

Requirements



Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a medical or dental setting Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry Experience with QuickBooks and bookkeeping is desirable Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service experience Ability to handle filing systems efficiently and perform proofreading tasks accurately Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data accuracy Prior experience working at the front desk or handling multi-line phone systems is preferred Must demonstrate professionalism, organizational skills, and the ability to support team members effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$35.00 per hour
