motivated and organized Administrative Assistant & Social Media Coordinator
to support our daily operations and help grow our online presence.
This position is ideal for
students or recent graduates
looking to gain hands-on experience in
office administration, customer service, sales coordination, and digital marketing.
Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
Answer and route phone calls courteously and professionally
Manage emails, schedule appointments, and organize service requests
Maintain and update customer records using our CRM system
Support management and field technicians with administrative tasks
Customer Service & Sales Support
Follow up with clients and new leads by phone and email
Prepare and send quotes, confirm bookings, and assist with invoicing
Promote seasonal offers and loyalty programs to clients
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Create and schedule posts for
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Respond to comments and messages in a friendly, professional tone
Assist with newsletters, website updates, and online promotions
Track engagement metrics and suggest creative content ideas
CRM & Data Entry
Enter and update client information, leads, and service history
Help coordinate follow-ups and retention campaigns
Qualifications
High school diploma required; college/university student or graduate in
Business, Marketing, or Communications
preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
,
Google Workspace
, and major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Experience in office administration, customer service, or marketing is an asset --
training provided
