We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dental clinic.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding treatment plans, scheduling, and financial arrangements
Educate patients about their treatment options and procedures.
Coordinate appointment scheduling to optimize provider availability and patient convenience
Manage patient records accurately within electronic medical records systems like abeldent
Collaborate with dental team to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
Assist with billing, budgeting, and insurance processing related to patient care
Supervise administrative team as needed to maintain efficient office operations
Support human resources functions such as onboarding new team members and training staff on office procedures
Experience
Proven experience in dental environments, preferably with familiarity in electronic medical records systems such as Abeldent
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience in healthcare settings is desirable
Background in human resources or staff management is a plus
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
