Administrative Assistant - Operations
Are you an expert at multitasking and able to juggle a variety of priorities with ease? Can you adapt and adjust your approach to changing demands? Supporting the Lower Mainland Operations Manager, you will provide administrative support to our Operations Department including scheduling and coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, assisting with new employee onboarding and providing support for staff events and training sessions.
We are looking for someone who is a skilled communicator with exceptional attention to detail. An individual that brings a positive attitude, who shares our passion for what we do, who is confident in their abilities and who can keep us on track!
