About the Role We're looking for a Administrative Coordinator and Assistant (Operations) to help keep our business running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who's detail-oriented, thrives on organization, and enjoys supporting both customers and colleagues. You'll be the go-to person ensuring projects, accounts, and day-to-day operations stay on track. What You'll Do
Work closely with sales managers to support their day-to-day needs
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and pricing proposals
Help launch new products (onboarding, packaging, compliance)
Create and analyze reports for key accounts
Be the communication link between customers, vendors, and internal teams
Monitor projects and deadlines to keep everything moving forward
Share promotions and marketing campaigns with clients
Double-check orders for accuracy and resolve any issues quickly
Recommend ways to make processes smoother and more efficient
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administration
Organized, detail-focused, and great at juggling multiple priorities
Strong communicator with the ability to build good relationships
Skilled at supporting sales teams and keeping accounts running smoothly
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, CRMs, and reporting tools
