Position Overview:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations, assisting with project management tasks, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the company. Key Responsibilities:



Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized records. Assist in project coordination, including document preparation, client communication, and progress tracking. Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and coordinate with vendors as needed. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals. Maintain and update client databases and project files. Support the marketing team with basic tasks such as social media updates and content coordination. Perform general office duties, such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents. Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Google Workspace. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Experience in the construction or renovation industry is an asset but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
