Responsabilites principales
Accueillir les clients et repondre a leurs demandes en personne, par telephone et par courriel ;
Preparer et gerer les dossiers clients (physiques et electroniques) ;
Planifier les rendez-vous et coordonner les reunions ;
Effectuer l'entree de donnees et assister dans la preparation de documents juridiques ;
Verifier les documents afin de s'assurer qu'ils sont complets et exacts ;
Effectuer des suivis aupres des clients concernant les documents ou renseignements manquants ;
Soutenir les notaires et les technicien(ne)s juridiques dans diverses taches administratives ;
Assurer la confidentialite et le professionnalisme dans toutes les interactions.
Exigences
Excellentes competences en communication en francais et anglais (oral et ecrit) ;
Grande attention aux details et solides competences en organisation ;
Capacite a gerer les priorites et a travailler efficacement sous pression ;
Attitude professionnelle et grand sens de la discretion ;
Maitrise de Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) et aisance avec les outils informatiques ;
Experience dans un environnement juridique, notarial ou de services professionnels (un atout).

Main Responsibilities
Greet clients and respond to their inquiries in person, by phone, and by email;
Prepare and manage client files (both physical and electronic);
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings;
Perform data entry and assist in the preparation of legal documents;
Review documents to ensure they are complete and accurate;
Follow up with clients regarding missing documents or information;
Support notaries and legal technicians in various administrative tasks;
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in French and English (spoken and written);
Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills;
Ability to manage priorities and work efficiently under pressure;
Professional attitude and high level of discretion;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and ease with digital tools;
Experience in a legal, notarial, or professional services environment (an asset).
