Key Responsibilities
Organize, maintain, and update client records and files (primarily digital)
Track and manage client information to ensure accuracy and completeness

Support day-to-day office operations and collaborate with team members as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in
customer service, front desk, or administrative roles
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information professionally
Fluent in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
