We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to strengthen our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our students, parents, prospective families, and visitors, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment that reflects our "Judgment Free" philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Front Desk Support:
Greet students, parents, and guests warmly and in a professional manner.
Provide clear and accurate information about classes and address customer inquiries effectively.
Answer incoming phone calls promptly, offering courteous and helpful assistance.
Facilitate student check-ins, conduct facility tours, and support new student enrollment processes.
Keep families updated on class schedules, program changes, and upcoming events.
Address questions, concerns, and feedback swiftly and with a solution-oriented approach.
Administrative Duties:
Process payments for merchandise and beverages through our POS system.
Maintain and update member accounts, handling class adjustments, billing inquiries, and enrollment updates.
Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications:
A college diploma or equivalent is required.
Strong computer skills with a keen attention to detail.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to interact positively and professionally with students, parents, and colleagues.
Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
