We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to enhance our team. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service to our students, parents, prospective families, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that embodies our "Judgment Free" philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Front Desk Support:
Greet students, parents, and guests warmly and professionally.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding classes and address customer inquiries.
Answer incoming phone calls promptly with courteous assistance.
Check in students for classes, conduct facility tours, and assist with new student enrollments.
Keep families informed about class schedules, program updates, and upcoming events.
Respond to questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and solution-oriented manner.
Administrative Duties:
Process merchandise and beverage payments using the POS system.
Maintain and update member accounts, including class adjustments, billing inquiries, and enrollment updates.
Ensure that the front desk area is clean, organized, and inviting.
Qualifications:
A college diploma or equivalent is required.
Strong computer skills with keen attention to detail.
Punctual, reliable, and capable of working independently.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to interact professionally and positively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
