Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office software. This role involves managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office activities. Experience in medical or dental offices is a plus, along with familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Workspace. Responsibilities



Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software Handle filing systems, document proofreading, and general administrative support tasks Assist with bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff or clients Support medical or dental office functions such as patient check-in, appointment reminders, and insurance documentation (if applicable) Maintain organization of office supplies and ensure the workspace remains tidy and efficient Perform other clerical duties as assigned to facilitate daily operations

Requirements



Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a medical or dental office setting Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tasks Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is desirable Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service experience Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing records accurately Prior clerical experience such as filing, front desk management, or administrative support is preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a positive attitude High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration or medical/dental assisting is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.46-$25.00 per hour
