The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing incoming communications, and assisting with various administrative and accounting tasks. This role requires excellent customer service, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling front-desk duties with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and guiding clients, provide general information in person or by phone.
Perform clerical & bookkeeping tasks.
Schedule appointments.
Record bookings, process transactions, handle payments, and issue receipts.
Respond to inquiries and resolve guest or client concerns courteously and efficiently.
Use digital platforms and software tools to manage appointments and communicate effectively with internal teams.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative, or customer service role is preferred but not required.
4-year undergrad or higher education.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
