Job Summary



We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at West Coast College of Massage Therapy Inc. As an integral part of our administrative team, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. If you are a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for the health and wellness industry, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars Prepare and organize documents and reports Coordinate meetings and events Provide administrative support to staff and faculty
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
