Overview



We're seeking a detail-oriented

Administrative Assistant

to support the Director of Administration. This role is responsible for daily cash and credit card reconciliations, inventory setup within POS systems, invoice entry, and assisting with month-end accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities



Daily cash reconciliation and follow-up on shortages Balance credit card transactions and daily cash sheets Receive liquor invoices into the POS system Create new inventory items and print shelf tags Enter purchase invoices (Visa, Amex, Trade accounts) Assist with month-end reconciliations and data entry

Qualifications & Skills



Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with accounting software and POS systems Basic understanding of accounting and inventory processes Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication and organizational skills Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, hospitality, or inventory management is an asset
