We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to join our team. Keep our front office running smoothly, greet Customers and direct them to the proper person. This role is ideal for someone who is knowledgable in bookkeeping,has customer service experience and office coordination - with 3yrs plus Quickbooks Office 24 is a Must for this postion, with a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities
Daily handling of Accounts Receivables & Payables, including invoice entry, statement reconciliation, Vendor payments and appling payments to customer accounts, all using Quick Books
Manage and send customer invoices, track payments, overdue accounts,Send out Statement reminders , and prepare bank deposits
Maintain accurate financial records for A/R and A/P. Month end reports and statements
Provide exceptional front desk service: Answer Phone, Greet Customers & direct them as needed, Take Customer Payments and Enter into Quickbooks.
Oversee and Manage all Admin incoming emails: invoices, inquiries, accounting.
Strong knowledge with online listings such as : Facebook, Instagram, Kijiji, Marketplace - to post products as needed
Keep office equipment and records organized and up to date.
Support Sales, Service & Parts with administrative duties such as Customer invoicing.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in a administrative or Finance role.
3+ year minimum of Quick Books is a must
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office( Word, Excel)
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently, stay organized, be able to multi-task
Enjoy working with People
Reliable Transportation and Punctuality is must
