ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Dohzy is a Montreal based financial technology startup that offers financial services in the fields of lending and rotatory savings to the diaspora communities in Canada.

Type of employment:

Part-time ( 20 hrs per week)

Employment Duration

: 5 months



Provides administrative support to the Director of the company by;

Responds to request from clients Preparation of contracts Update client files Communicate with partners Assists with marketing operations Assist with organizing events

Potential schedule :



Tuesdays : 4pm - 9pm Wednesdays : 4pm - 9pm Thursdays : 4pm - 9pm Fridays : 12pm - 5pm Saturdays : 10am - 3pm

Hybrid

: 2 days in office ( obligatory )

Knowledges



Suite office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) Canva, SQL, JIRA, Wordpress (Assets)

Salary:

18$/hr

Languages

: English, French ( spoken and written )

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Education:

DCS / DEC (required)
Experience:

Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Montreal, QC H3C 2N6
