Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen interest in the window covering industry. This role involves managing a variety of administrative tasks, supporting our sales and customer service teams, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide administrative support to the sales and management teams. Handle scheduling, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars. Process customer orders and track order status. Maintain and update client records and files. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Assist with inventory management and order supplies as needed. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as required. Manage office communications, including phone calls and emails. Perform general office duties, including filing, faxing, and scanning.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Interest or experience in the window covering industry is an advantage. Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
