We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and customer service skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately
Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems
Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and managing accounts through QuickBooks
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while providing excellent customer support
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance customer service experiences
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and clerical tasks
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service abilities
Experience with multi-line phone systems is preferred
Previous administrative experience in a medical or dental office setting is a plus
Familiarity with bookkeeping practices is desirable
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
