We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization.
Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism.
Operate multi-line phone systems, ensuring effective communication both internally and externally.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff, addressing their needs promptly.
Maintain organized filing systems for documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, utilizing computer literacy skills.
Assist in calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings as required.
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, including basic accounting functions using QuickBooks.
Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects to enhance office management efficiency.
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, with a focus on clerical duties and office management.
Familiarity with front desk operations and customer support is highly desirable.

Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are essential.
Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette are required for effective communication.
Knowledge of dental or medical receptionist duties is a plus but not mandatory.
Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
